So: what do I get?

Our packages cater for any budget - have a look through and get in touch!

The key thing to remember is that we’re working with you, not for you.

No matter the package you engage us with, it is important that we work collaboratively with you and your cast, crew and creatives to give your show the promotion it deserves.

  • Ideal for those who want a hand charting a course but are comfortable in bringing it all together.

We’ll meet with you for 45 minutes to understand your audiences, objectives, visions and potential channels.

We will provide a high-level strategy to market your show, including suggested advertising channels, key messages and advice on assets.

Then, it’s up to you to execute!

  • Armed with a strategy and basic assets, you’re ready to run your own (marketing) show!

We’ll meet with you for 45 minutes to understand your audiences, objectives, visions and potential channels. We’ll also attend a rehearsal for a 60 minute promotional photoshoot.

    We will provide:
    - A marketing strategy
    - Media release
    - 10-15 edited images
    - 5-10 suggested Facebook posts (images and copy)

In addition, we will invite reviewers to your show.

From here, it’s over to you to execute the strategy, post content and follow up with local media.

  • We’ll do the hard(er) bits, leaving you to share the content (oh, and get your show ready, too)

We’ll sit down with you for a 60 minute strategy and planning meeting, culminating in a comprehensive strategy to market and publicise your show.

We will attend a rehearsal for 60 minutes for a promotional photoshoot, plus come along to a tech/dress rehearsal to take some staged production photos.

    We will provide:
    - A comprehensive strategy
    - A media release (and distribute to local media, too!)
    - 10-15 promotional photographs
    - Production photography (at least 10, but probably more)
    - 10-15 draft Facebook posts (images and copy)
    - Social media calendar so you know what content needs to be posted when and to where (and by who!)

In addition, we’ll also provide a 30 minute consult on Facebook advertising, if your budget allows (not included in service fee).

We will also invite reviewers to your show.

From here, you just need to execute the strategy we’ve laid out and enact the social media calendar. Easy peasy!

  • We’ll look after everything (well, almost…)

This is it - pretty much everything. Well, mostly, anyway. There’s still things your cast and crew can do to improve the reach of the show, but we’ll look after the bulk of the publicity and social marketing for you.

We’ll start with a 90 minute meeting to develop a comprehensive strategy. We’ll attend a 60 minute promotional photoshoot, attend a rehearsal for ‘behind the scenes’ shots, and attend a tech/dress rehearsal to snap some staged production photos.

We’ll write a media release, send it to local media and follow up to see if they’re keen. We’ll also invite local reviewers to your show.

We’ll develop a comprehensive social media calendar and schedule posts to your Facebook page. If your budget allows (not included in service fee) we’ll schedule Facebook advertising, modifying images and copy as required to target audiences we identify in the strategy.

All that’s left for you to do is share into Facebook groups as per the calendar, and continue collaborating with us on content creation and publicity. We’re partners with you on this journey.

A note about our services: These packages cover services provided by Curtain Call Creatives, and do not include costs for printed advertising materials such as flyers or posters, Facebook ads, or paid media endorsements.

These packages are created with community and independent theatre in mind. If you require something a little more bespoke, or want to engage us to help sell a show in a large venue (a single performance at The Regal has more seats than many community theatre seasons!), please get in touch.
